What should I expect for my 1st appointment?
First appointments or "initial evaluations" typically take about 1 hour to complete. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your schedule appointment time in order to complete new patient paper work. You are also welcome to pick up paper work prior to your appointment and bring it completed the day of. It is helpful to wear clothing that allows access to your injury such as shorts for a knee injury or a short sleeve shirt for a elbow/shoulder injury - gowns or shorts can also be provided should you need them.

We are currently not accepting walk-ins
Do I need a referral?
Yes, a referral is required when utilizing insurance based care.
